1. Who We Are

Build List is a mobile application that helps off-road and truck enthusiasts document their vehicle builds, track parts and costs, and share their builds publicly. Build List is operated by CASW Holdings.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to provide the app's features:

• Account information — your email address and display name when you sign up or sign in.
• Vehicle data — year, make, model, and trim of the vehicles you add to your garage.
• Build parts data — part names, categories, costs, installation status, affiliate links, and notes you enter for your builds.
• Photos — photos you optionally upload for your vehicle or individual parts.
• Public profile — display name, bio, social links, and the URL slug you choose for your shareable build page.
• Subscription status — your current plan tier (Free, Pro, or Creator), managed via RevenueCat and Apple.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how your public build page is viewed, available to Creator-tier subscribers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Build List app
• Sync your garage data across devices and store it securely
• Generate your public build page when you choose to make it public
• Process and manage your subscription
• Respond to support requests
• Send important notices about the app or your account (no marketing spam)

4. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform hosted in the United States. Supabase uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Photos you upload may be stored in Supabase Storage. We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Build List offers paid subscription tiers (Pro and Creator). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment card information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID account settings.

Subscription state is tracked via RevenueCat, which may receive anonymized device identifiers and purchase receipts to validate your subscription. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication
• RevenueCat — for subscription management
• Apple — for App Store purchases and sign-in
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Build List and its users

7. Your Public Build Page

When you enable public sharing, your build page is visible to anyone with the link. This includes your display name, vehicle information, parts list, and any links or photos you choose to include. You can make your build private at any time in the Share settings.

8. Your Rights

• Access or export your data by contacting us
• Correct inaccurate information through the app
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting buildlistgarage@gmail.com
• Opt out of any non-essential communications

9. Children's Privacy

Build List is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Build List after changes means you accept the updated policy.
